Katie is the Artistic Director and Choreographer of KDE Dance, leading the company’s creative vision at the intersection of movement and digital innovation. Bella Teat

'A Dance For Us'

Bella is an emerging creative producer with a background in ballet and contemporary dance, working across creative producing, studio management and teaching. Based near Brighton, she is passionate about community arts and creating meaningful opportunities for adults, children and young people to engage with creativity. As a new parent, Bella is particularly interested in making cultural experiences welcoming and accessible for babies, children and their families.

Harley Kilburn

Harley is an arts producer with a particular interest in arts festival production, working across a wide range of venues and spaces. Her practice is informed by a love of photography, digital and time-based media. Since joining KDE Dance in early 2024, Harley has supported the development and delivery of projects – exploring and creating opportunities in both physical and digital spaces

Natalie is an arts marketing professional and audience development consultant working across theatre and cultural programmes in the UK. With over 13 years experience in the industry with a particular focus on expanding access to the arts and engaging new and underrepresented audiences.
